Policy Reminder

Recently we have had a significant increase in missed appointments and late arrivals. To provide you with the best service and prompt care we ask that you kindly review our policies below.

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

We value your time; we ask that you please respect ours and the time of other patients. In order for us to be able to see you in a timely manner we ask all patients to arrive five minutes early for scheduled appointments.

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the missed-appointment policy will apply.

 

Missed/Canceled Appointment Policy

 

We strive to provide timely appointments for our patients; missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice detrimentally affects patient care, the practice and other patients. We understand that life happens, however, families who habitually no-show or cancel last minute will be asked to find alternative care after three occurrences.
